We are seeking compassionate, empathetic physicians who are passionate about treating patients. The Oncology Institute of Hope uses the latest advancements in evidence-based care including, clinical trials, stem cells transplants, and boasts an internal research institute.

Practice Outline

• 4.5-day workweek
• 2 Oncologists & 2 APPs
• 90% Outpatient-focused practice
• Access to 100+ clinical trials
• Infusion Center, Palliative Care, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, & more

Compensation & Benefits Outline

• First-year package between 75th-90th MGMA ($500k-$600k salary)
• Up to $150,000 sign-on
• Annual salary increases
• Paid medical insurance
• 401k with 4% match
• Equity shares
• 35-days PTO
