• 2019 Data for group 76 Pacemaker and 55 ICD s, ablation outmigration ~110 annually
• Salary: Guaranteed Salary for 2 years starting at $650K w/Productivity Bonus

• Two Buy-In Options
  • LCC Buy-In: Real Estate, Facilities (Avg annual return $50K/year)
  • PC Buy-In: Sharing of Call Equalization Pool
• Paid Malpractice: Claims Made Policy $1M/$3M
• Retirement: Money Purchase Retirement Plan-Up (Pension) To $45K Contributed Per Year Plus Benefits varies annually based on IRS guidelines
• Time off: 20 working days/12 end-of-year holidays, Six 3-day weekends annually/CME: 10 Days / Relocation Assistance / Student Loan Repayment
