OB/GYN Opportunity in Maine

A hospital in Maine needs an OB/GYN. Full time is 32 patient contact hours per week. Come join another physician, and 2 midwives that take 1st call. The incoming physician will see an average of 10 to 15 patients per day. Have a blocked surgery schedule, but if something needs to be done, you will have access to an OR. This group takes care of all employees and has a wonderful and approachable leadership. Candidates must enjoy rural medicine and working with midwives.
This hospital-employed position offers a competitive salary plus incentives/bonuses. You will also receive relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, medical benefits, life insurance/disability, 6 weeks of vacation, 8 holidays, $4,750 in reimbursed CME/dues/memberships, a 403b retirement plan, and malpractice with tail coverage.
