- Salary and production bonuses, paid call coverage, and a sign-on bonus
- 4 weeks of PTO, 10 holidays, and 1 week CME with $4K
- Comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance
- 100% inpatient coverage, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Staffed by MD/PMHNP coverage on unit
- 10 to 11 patients per physician
- Academic affiliation, medical students rotate through
- MD/DO trained in general psychiatry with a 4-year residency
