Where You Will Practice: 

MGBCP - West Concord is an outpatient Primary Care practice serving Concord, MA, and the surrounding communities. Our practice is a collaborative and supportive group practice with an autonomous spirit, grounded by the stability of the MGB system. We are excited to have recently expanded our scope of practice to include IM/Peds. to further support our patients and their families. 

MGBCP - West Concord patients enjoy the local resources at Emerson Hospital, as well as convenient access to Specialists and Services throughout the Mass General Brigham network.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide Primary Care services to patients 18 years and older 
  • Maintain high clinical quality, productivity, and citizenship within the practice 
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, coordinated care to patients 
  • Develop referral and educational relationships within Mass General Brigham and with other local practices
