Mountainstate Orthopedic Associates (MOA) is the largest private practice in North Central West Virginia and has been serving the mountain state since 1977. We are currently looking to hire a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon due to practice growth and a soon to be retiring physician. Come join our longstanding private practice that is based in Morgantown, WV and seeing patients in 3 office locations. Have the luxury of only operating out of one hospital and one physician/hospital owned surgery center located within walking distance to one another. After becoming a partner, you will have the opportunity to buy into the Ambulatory Surgery Center. All partners have the right to be an equal share holder in the Surgery Center. There are no advantages given to the senior partners. We are currently doing outpatients total joint replacements with excellent returns for physician owners. Current outpatient total joint replacement numbers continue to increase.

Our Orthopaedic Surgeons enjoy a collaborative and collegiate atmosphere with excellent camaraderie amongst partners. The practice draws from a large service area with a wide mix of payors. The new physician would ramp up quickly and rapidly become busy.

Morgantown is a prototypical college town and home of West Virginia University.
