Hospice Medical Director and Palliative Medicine Physicians

Wellstar Medical Group, a Fortune 100 Best company, is seeking board certified/board eligible Hospice/Palliative Medicine physicians to join our Palliative Medicine and Hospice practices across the health system. Wellstar Medical Group is a multi-specialty group with over 600 Physicians.

Components of the Hospice Medical Director role will include inpatient rounding at our 2 hospice centers Kennestone and Cobb, administrative duties, and training with our fellowship program. Leadership experience or previous medical director role is preferred.

Components of the Palliative Medicine physician roles will include inpatient consults and training/working alongside our fellowship program. Locations available include, LaGrange, Douglas, Paulding, Kennestone, and North Fulton.

Information/requirements:

• BC/BE Palliative Medicine/Hospice Physician
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Call: phone consults only averages 1-2 days/month (after hours)
