Baptist AgeWell Center for Health, is a senior-focused service that utilizes multiple modalities to provide exemplary care for our patients in Northeast Florida.  We are currently seeking a physician to be part of the team at our Baptist Jacksonville location. We offer our physicians the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of the patients they serve without losing their way in the business of healthcare.

What You Will Need 

• MD or DO 

• Active/unrestricted medical license 

• Board certified/eligible  

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained with a passion for senior care and population health.
