Mercy Medical Center - Sioux City and Hawarden Regional Healthcare have an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a practice located in Hawarden, Iowa.
The selected provider will join two other physicians in a well-established clinic practice. Typical office hours for this practice are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with hospital rounding before clinic. Opportunities exist for additional compensation through Emergency Department coverage, if the physician desires. Obstetrics is not required, as Hawarden Regional Healthcare does not deliver babies.

Hawarden, Iowa - Located one hour north of Sioux City, on the Big Sioux River, Hawarden is a small city in Sioux County, Iowa.
Sioux County Conservation Board manages local Oak Grove Park, which combines the Oak Grove State Park with the Big Sioux County Park. The park totals 433 acres, and is a multi-opportunity, picturesque, outdoor recreation area located 6.5 miles northeast of Hawarden. The park offers a variety of activities for outdoor enthusiasts including fishing, hiking, winter activities, bird watching and geocaching, among others.
