Physician-Acute Care Surgery

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital seeks a full-time Acute Care Surgeon to provide general and trauma surgery coverage. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team.

 

What we have to offer: • Enjoy a great schedule comprised of a combination of 14 or less (12 - 24 hour) shifts per month, allowing for 16 - 18 days off • Shift model likely to include 12 hour shifts on weekdays and longer shifts for the weekends • Provide general and trauma surgery coverage in the ED and inpatient setting in a level 3 trauma center • Provide coverage at Deaconess Hospital and Valley Hospital • Conduct post-op follow up visit • Work collaboratively with an experienced and collegial team of general surgeons •Competitive salary, a full array of benefits and a great location makes this an ideal choice for the provider who is looking to experience the best of Northwest living from big-city amenities to the pristine beauty and recreational opportunities of the great outdoors.

 

What you will need • Board certified or board eligible by time of employment • Trauma experience preferred • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
