Job Description

Doylestown Health Cardiology has 30 cardiologists in 4 different pods across the region.  Our pod is a growing group of 11 cardiologists: 7 Non-invasive, 2 Interventional, and 2 Electrophysiologists. We also have 4 full time PA’s as well as two full time device specialists. The Electrophysiology position will meet our rising patient volume in a well-established practice in the context of a newly built inpatient/outpatient cardiovascular pavilion. Opened in 2020, it combines state-of-the-art imaging equipment, interventional laboratories, and critical care space. We currently perform the following procedures: Complex ablation of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, epicardial VT ablation, LAA closure, and device implantation including conduction system pacing and laser lead extraction.

We are proud to deliver state of the art care in a community setting. We provide the latest imaging tools and techniques, structural heart interventions, advanced electrophysiology procedures, and surgical interventions except for heart transplantation.

Over the next few years we are expanding GME opportunities and affiliations in General Surgery, Family Medicine, and potentially Cardiology for those who may have interest in teaching.  Furthermore, we actively participate in groundbreaking clinical research with particular interest in ablation of atrial fibrillation including pulsed field ablation trials.
