Northeast Georgia Health System is recruiting Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon for our growing practice in Gainesville, GA.   Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopedist with a focus on Elbow to Fingertip and a passion for excellence in patient care, equally competent clinical skills, and are team oriented should apply. 

Education, Training, & Experience

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedics – Hand & Upper Extremity
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
• Desire to be part of a growing Orthopedic team.
• Focus on Elbow to Fingertip

Upper Extremity Program Overview

• NGMC Gainesville – primary office
• NGMC Lumpkin to open at a new location 2024
• Group call 1:8
• Established PA to assist with OR and in-office procedures.
• 24/7 Hospitalist coverage.
• 25 Operating Rooms & a Surgery Center
• Service area population of 1,500,000
• Full diagnostic imaging
• EMR Platform - EPIC
