Academic Urologist with UofL Health - Louisville, KY

The University of Louisville School of Medicine Urology Department is seeking BC/BE Urologists to help expand its full-time clinical faculty. The position responsibilities include patient care, resident and medical student education, and clinical and/or basic science research opportunities. Candidates should be committed to academic medicine and have broad experience in all aspects of urology. A urology fellowship is preferred but not required. Experience in the management of FPMRS/Male infertility/BPH/General urology is preferred.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The successful applicant will join several full-time faculty members in a fully accredited Urology Residency Training Program (two residents per level). This position includes clinical duties and responsibilities at our tertiary University Medical Center and at our affiliated teaching institutions: Norton Healthcare, Jewish Hospital and Robley Rex VA Medical Center. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A medical degree from an accredited school of medicine; board eligibility or certification in urology and eligibility for licensure in Kentucky are required.
