Duties/Responsibilities: We have full-time and part-time opportunities available now. The Sacramento VA Medical Center is a major teaching affiliate of UC Davis Medical School with hospital teams including residents and students. Vast majority of clinical time will be spent attending/supervising on the teaching service. Position includes paid admin time for research, administrative projects, and vacation.

Candidates must: 1) be a US citizen; 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state, and 3) board prepared/certified in Internal Medicine. Preferred experience: Best qualified applicants would have Academic Hospitalist experience and publications or teaching awards.

Benefits:

• Paid vacation (8 hours accrued each pay period upon employment); 13 days sick leave (4 hours accrued each pay period upon employment, no cap); 11 paid Federal holidays
