JOB SPECIFICS:
- Our Peoria based practice is expanding to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington-Normal. Recruitment for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physician is underway.
- Outstanding clinical opportunity for BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join the highly regarded clinical team at the Maternal Fetal Diagnostic Center at OSF St. Francis Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital of Illinois based in Peoria.
- Supported by APPs, ARDMS certified sonographers, diabetic educators, nutritionists, genetic counselors, and full team of neonatal and pediatric sub-specialists, our MFM physicians provide high quality, compassionate, evidence-based, comprehensive, consultative perinatal care to families across Central Illinois.
- Our team serves as the Administrative Perinatal Center for the Illinois North Central Perinatal Region. North Central Perinatal Network is composed of 14 maternity service hospitals, 14 non-maternity service hospitals (including 6 of 10 OSF birthing centers) and 20 local county health departments in Central Illinois.
- Care is provided in our Peoria and Bloomington offices and outreach clinics in Moline IL, Galesburg IL, and Ottawa IL.

POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Physician is responsible for providing compassionate, high quality, patient-centered care. Demonstrates positive working relationships and demonstrates collaborative team-oriented behaviors with: staff physicians, nurses, other departments, other members of the medical staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal heath programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled.
