  • Days, No call
  • Clinic 2 days and 1 OR day/week
  • 22 patients per day, 5 - 6 cases per OR day
  • General adult urology to include some peds, laparoscopic and ureteroscopy
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
