  • Clinic 3 days and 1.5 OR days plus call coverage
  • 22 - 25 patients per day in clinic and average of 5 surgeries in a week
  • General adult urology inpatient & outpatient w/ level 2 and neuro modulation experience preferred
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
