UNC Internal Medicine at Heritage in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an Internal Medicine Provider. This practice provides comprehensive primary care for adults of all ages. Our providers are dedicated to preventive care and will help you achieve your optimal health outcomes. Our care team is also committed to providing the highest quality of care for acute and chronic health conditions.

Services:

• Preventative Health care
• Immunizations and medication management
• Physicals
• Screening tests
• Sick visits
• Women?s Health
• Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma

Highlights:

• 2 full time seasoned APP's and a LCSW
• Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Potential For Medical Directorship available at this practice location
