The oldest and largest public district hospital in the State of Washington, UW Medicine - VMC serves more than 600,000 residents in South King County. The successful applicant would also serve as a liaison between Valley and UW MFM at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) and other UW Medicine clinical locations.  Candidates must possess excellent clinical skills, competency in outpatient obstetrical imaging and fetal echocardiogram, commitment to team work and team building as well as a commitment to education and research consistent with the academic mission of UW Medicine to improve the health of the public.  This candidate should have also demonstrated experience and success in leadership activities that represent interactions across all elements of successful patient care.  There are opportunities to participate in research.  There is a strong research infrastructure and interdisciplinary culture within our department and with the broader UW community.

Clinical titled faculty hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms.
