We have a unique opportunity to work 2-3 days a week in our Port Charlotte office alongside another oral surgeon part time or if you would like full time then we could use you a day or two in our busy Bradenton office as well. You will be financially successful from day 1 guaranteed!  Benefits are offered if working 3 days a week. Large brand-new office to accommodate 2 surgeons is almost complete and we anticipate moving into this building by late August and will close the older office. Strong referral base so no need to market. Live in Port Charlotte or around the surrounding excellent communities of Sarasota and Fort Myers.

Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is proud to be owned and operated only by the oral surgeons that make up this largest private group practice in the state of Florida. We have no corporate or private equity involvement because practices that do, afford you no true partnership opportunity and keep your salary at a base of around 32% collections with no ability to increase overtime. Ask when you interview a practice if they have sold out to corporate or private equity. Don’t get stuck finding out later that they did or plan on doing so.

Our size affords us the unique opportunity to negotiate the best insurance reimbursement rates, the lowest prices of supplies and cost of goods and a vast network of referrals. Our surgeons can practice without the burden of any administrative responsibilities and get paid amongst the highest in the state when comparing current and past associate opportunities with other practices in Florida.  We only accept certain high reimbursing PPO dental insurance plans.
