AP-Child/Adult Psychotherapist-Monroe Clinic

Monroe Clinic has a full-time psychotherapist position available as part of our experienced and cohesive behavioral health team in Monroe, WI. Our behavioral health team consists of 3 Psychiatrists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Psychologists and over 11 Psychotherapists all of whom are focused on providing quality mental health support to a diverse patient panel across the entire age spectrum in an outpatient setting. This position is based in Monroe, WI that offers a split between onsite clinic/school support and remote telehealth visits. Strong collaborating relationship between primary care and behavioral health departments. The right individual has experience facilitating individual therapy in an outpatient clinic and/or school setting with children and adults. Experience with multiple modalities consistent with evidence-based practice including CBT and mindfulness.

• 32 patient minimum contact hours
• M-F workweek with a limited rotation of telephone only call coverage
• Based in Monroe with onsite school option
• Flexible schedule split between in clinic and Telehealth remote visits
• Salaried position
• Individual therapy, group options available if interested

• $10,000.00 sign on bonus

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in mental health field
• 3 years post graduate experience (3,000 hours) preferred
• WI and IL licenses required
• LCSW or LPC licensure
• Experience using CBT and mindfulness therapy
