MercyOne Clinton has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a well-established practice located in Clinton, Iowa.
MercyOne Clinton is seeking a General Surgeon to join two other surgeons in a traditional hospital-based practice setting. The practice offers an autonomous clinic environment with an excellent team in place for assistance. The group is looking to add a surgeon to fill a recent vacancy. This physician will have the benefit of stepping into a very busy and fully developed practice.
MercyOne Medical Group has a strong primary care network of 23 providers in the medical group able to provide a steady stream of internal referrals. In addition to PCP referrals, MercyOne Clinton has an excellent Anesthesiology and OR team in place to support your practice. We currently offer five ORs and two endoscopy suites. Robotic services are also available at one of Mercy s sister hospitals located only one hour away that can offer OR time, if desired.
The call for this opportunity is highly desirable and is currently only 7 days per month (1:3).
