Full time single specialty BC/BE Nephrology position. Rapidly growing Nephrology practice with Office, Hospital and Dialysis. Weekend and weeknight calls are equal 1:4. Guaranteed partnership in three years. Extremely competitive salary with all benefits, followed by partnership. Dialysis unit JV and Real estate co-ownership. Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be a team player while delivering compassionate quality patient care. Ties to mid-Atlantic/Northeast area are a definite plus.  Must be BE/BC IM and Nephrology.

The practice is located in Dover DE at the Kent Campus of Bayhealth Medical Center and a new nearby Dialysis Center.
