Nurse Practitioner needed for Family Practice coverage at Community Health Center in Flagstaff, AZ

Community Health Center is in need of a Family Practice experienced Nurse Practitioner. Provider will work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Patient population is all ages and patient volume range is 14-20 per shift. Community Health experience is strongly preferred.
