  • Must have active state license
  • BC required
  • Weekdays, Days
  • Payor mix Medicare, Medicaid + some private payors
  • 20 - 23 patients per day
  • Completing forms such as pre-ops, disability, work eligibility, welfare etc. would be helpful
  • Hospital privileges needed
  • DEA needed
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
