Job Details

The Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center and under the leadership of Dr. Renier Brentjens, Deputy Cancer Center Director and Chair of Medicine, and Marco L Davila, Vice Chair of Cellular Therapies and SVP for Translational Research, is seeking a Physician to fill a tenure-track position in the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program. This is an open rank, position at the assistant, associate or full professor level depending on qualifications.

The successful candidate will be board certified or eligible in hematology and/or medical oncology and be eligible for a New York State Medical License. Expertise in the clinical care of transplant and cellular therapy patients is expected. These include patients receiving allogeneic and autologous hematopoietic cell transplant and patients receiving commercial and protocol immune effector cell therapies. It is anticipated the successful candidate will establish a clinical research effort utilizing the multiple resources available at Roswell Park. These include a robust clinical trials office as well as cancer center support grant core programs in immunology, cell stress biology, genetics and genomics, population sciences and developmental therapeutics. Salary and total package are competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications, and excellent fringe benefits are offered.
