Family Practice Physician

Exempt Full Time position with full High Plains benefits. Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school and has specialized care in primary care family practice. Applicant must be licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.

Patient Care services are provided to High Plains patient in a quality and quantitative manner. Documentation will be completed to ensure patient continuity of care and cover risk management issues.
