Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedist

Northwest Permanente, PC, a large physician-managed, multi-specialty group has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Orthopaedic Surgeon in Portland, Oregon.We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialty fellowship training and/or significant experience in lower extremity adult reconstruction to join our Joint Commission Accredited Center for Hip and Knee Replacement.

Our adult reconstruction surgeons enjoy a state-of-the-art hospital on our Hillsboro campus, which is one of the highest volume centers for hip and knee replacement surgery in the pacific Northwest.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Working in state-of-the-art facilities with access to best performing implants

• Access to robotic joint replacement

• Access to two facilities, including a hospital and surgery center

• Cases = 80% same day discharges with full PA rounding and dedicated OR support

• Minimal call duties (1 in 8)

• Many opportunities to collaborate on challenging cases

• Built-in mentorship with collegial partners

• 60+ MD and PA staff with all subspecialities represented including several non-operative sports medicine providers

Full integration of electronic medical records, established care pathways, robust ancillary support, an internal registry and a multi-disciplinary team will support your practice.

Join 5 other experienced fellowship trained Joint Replacement Surgeons in a group of 32 surgeons and 24 Affiliated Clinicians specializing in all fields of Orthopaedic Surgery.
