We are currently seeking a full time Associate Medical Director for our growing Ambulatory Practices. This position will be located in White Plains, NY.

The Associate Medical Director, Ambulatory Practices shall be responsible for oversight of clinical practice and quality initiatives for White Plains Hospital employed physician practices.  The Associate Medical Director shall participate in strategic planning, safety initiatives, personnel development strategies and other operational functions. Working under the broad direction of The Chief Medical Officer, the Associate Medical Director provides the highest level of overall medical leadership of all aspects of the Ambulatory service to the organization. This role is responsible for clinical leadership of the White Plains Hospital Physician Associates (WPHPA) and Scarsdale Medical Group practices, coordinating efforts to improve access, efficiency, quality and value.  It oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance of professional and support staff to ensure planning and provision of patient care in Ambulatory setting. This position engages in effective collaborations across the hospital to develop and promote the strategic direction of the White Plains Hospital brand.

Education & Experience Requirements
•    Medical Degree (MD or DO) with Residency in Internal Medicine and a valid NYS Medical License.
•    Master’s degree in business or Health Administration preferred.
•    Maintain Medical Staff membership at WPH
•    Compliance with CME Requirements (Hospital, Regional, State, and Federal)
