Cardiac Surgery Intensivist

Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is looking to add physicians interested in developing a Cardiac Intensivist service with our world-class Cardiac Surgery program. These providers will work in conjunction with Cardiac Surgery and Advanced Heart Failure Service in the care of pre/post-surgical patients, cardiogenic shock (Impella, ECMO) as well as post-VAD implant in a 20-bed CSICU and CCU. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience and desire to work with mechanical circulatory support are highly desirable.

Salary Range: $399,212 - $422,695

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
