Division Director of General Obstetrics & Gynecology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Langone Health is seeking a Division Director of General Obstetrics and Gynecology to join our thriving Faculty Group Practice.  We are a high-volume service with approximately a 70/30 split between obstetrics and gynecology.  Our physicians serve a diverse population, caring for both low and high-risk pregnancies with approximately 2,500 deliveries per year. We have just opened a beautiful new ambulatory care center dedicated to women’s health, with MFM, ultrasound, MIGS and REI on site as well as primary care, radiology, and other services for women. Our physicians operate and deliver at NYU Tisch Hospital.

The Division Director will report to the Department Chair for Obstetrics and Gynecology and will collaborate with the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs.  We are seeking an individual who is an effective communicator, who is passionate about mentorship and faculty development, and can serve as a role model for academic general ob/gyn physicians. Additionally, we are looking for a leader who is dedicated to fostering an environment of collaboration, integrity, and transparency. Mentorship will be provided with opportunities to expand skills and advance professionally. 

Qualifications:

Candidates must be Board certified and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care as well as trainee education. Applicants should have successfully completed a U.S. Accredited OB/GYN Residency training program and have a New York State Medical license.
