Physician- Family Medicine- Madison East Clinic

This flexible full time (.8-1.0 fte) Family Medicine physician opportunity located in our Madison East Clinic location offers an excellent opportunity to to join our professional & cordial team of quality providers.

In addition to physicians and APs, care teams consist of nurses & medical assistants as well as:

-Certified Diabetic Educator

-Behavioral Health Therapist

-Embedded Pharmacist

-Health Coach

-Care Coordination RN

-Onsite Social Workers

Our multi-specialty clinic consists of both primary & specialty patient care along with an onsite urgent care, pharmacy, x-ray & lab. Partner with our St. Mary's Hospitalist team for any inpatient needs. Family Medicine physicians receive a generous sign-on bonus in addition to a competitive two-year salary guarantee.

-Outpatient practice
-Shared 1 in 12 call schedule with RN triage
