Physiatrist Glen Cove Hospital- Spinal Cord Injury

The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Northwell Health and the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is seeking a BC/BE physiatrist with advanced training and expertise in spinal cord injury medicine to join us at Northwell Health Glen Cove Hospital. This position includes both inpatient and ambulatory patient care opportunities.

Highlights include:

• Glen Cove Hospital s Acute Care Inpatient Rehab Unit includes 76 beds, a dedicated Brain Injury Unit and a rapidly growing SCI program.
• Join a group of 7 Physiatrists, PM&R residents, and advanced care practitioners in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
• The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency program is comprised of twelve residents. In addition, every third-year medical student at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine rotate through PM&R.
• Multiple collaborative research opportunities are present at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research.
