An established, collegial, and cohesive health system outside Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Psychiatry Physician (PSYCH) to join their established team.

Position Details:
- 4-day work week option with no weekends - Flexible to physician preference
- Established focus on evidence-based patient care
- EMR - EPIC
- Mixture of outpatient and inpatient - mainly consultative inpatient duties - physicians consider it "family-friendly" call requirements
- Variety of patient diagnosis
- Join an established team with opportunity for mentorship - you are never on an island here, there is always a team behind you
- Opportunity to be involved in teaching students, if interested
- Excellent relationships with other partners/specialists, collegiality is a top priority for everyone in the group
- Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B Visa Holders
