Oral and Maxillofacial Associate

Kingwood Oral Surgery, located in the north Houston suburb of Kingwood, TX is looking for an associate to transition a well-established, successful OMS practice.

Dr. Gary McDonald at Kingwood Oral Surgery is transitioning into retirement after 42 years of running a vibrant and successful practice.  He has an immediate opening for an associate to join him and take over his practice. Dr. McDonald will stay on for 2-3 months and provide mentorship and support to the new associate during the transition. The associate will inherit an established referral base and experienced staff. There is NO BUY-IN into the practice.  

A competitive base salary and production bonus will be negotiated along with the opportunity to purchase equity in US Oral Surgery Management, the nation’s premier OMS Partnership SSO. Unlike DSOs, US Oral Surgery does not have production quotas. USOSM provides you with the support to succeed and excel.
