Pinnacle Orthopedic & Spine Specialists is the home of Dr. Cameron Huckell, Dr. A. Marc Tetro, Dr. Graham Huckell, and Dr. Zair Fishkin. This award winning facility became a reality in June 2006 when Phase 1 of the new 30,000 square foot facility at 700 Michigan in the Buffalo medical corridor was completed. The practice expanded their holdings in 2007 by adding a 3500 square foot Physical and Hand Therapy Center in Phase 2 of the building project. The access to the Orthopedic Surgeons by therapists has provided better team treatment of our patients. In 2009 Dr. Zair Fishkin, an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, joined the practice. Dr. Fishkin became a partner in June 2010. In 2020, Pinnacle Orthopedic has opened our second location in Orchard Park for orthopedic and therapy services. Pinnacle has over 40 full-time employees (5 doctors, 7 physician assistants, 10 therapists).

Pinnacle Orthopedic is looking for fellowship-trained junior partners to be started on a senior partnership track. Our greatest asset is we have established administrative and ancillary services that are very stable growth opportunities for partners to join. Ancillaries include in-house x-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, DME, legal services, medical records, and healthcare management company. 

Candidate should be highly motivated individual, fellowship-trained - general orthopedics (shoulder, knee, or hip).

Position Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Private Practice.
