Family Medicine Physician

Primary Care Practice – Ottawa, IL

• Established out-patient only location offers care for all ages, behavioral health, EKGs, & lab draws
• Great collaboration onsite with other PCP, Pediatrician and FNP
• Work with long-standing, dedicated clinical (RN & CMA) and non-clinical staff members
• Services next door include great consults with OB/GYN, Ortho/Spine/Pod & Cardiovascular specialists
• Located in the heart of Starved Rock Country and the hub of 3 additional, renowned state parks

Primary Care Practice – Mazon, IL & Morris, IL

• Succession opportunity for long-standing PCP with large geriatric population – see all ages as well (FP)
• Out-patient only practice offers onsite EKGs, diabetic screening, in-office pro-time/INR & lab draws
• Work alongside with FNP and long-standing, highly-competent clinical and non-clinical staff members
• Services nearby include OB/GYN, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Urgent Care, Imaging & PT/OT/SLP

Additional Practice & Hospital Details

• M-F clinic schedule is flexible with 4, 4.5 or 5 day work week
• NO in-patient work required; 24/7 adult and pediatric specialists follow your patients at the hospital
• Teaching opportunities available with NP/PA students, if desired
• Level II Trauma and Primary Stroke Certified
• Hospital also offers, 24/7 STEMI, in-patient Dialysis, Rheum, Endo, GI, GS, ENT, ID, IR, etc
• Level II Perinatal Center with High-Risk Nursery and pediatric wing managed by B/C Pediatricians
