Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity with Large Physician Owned Group Practice

Hattiesburg Clinic, P.A., one of the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty clinics in the Southeast with a staff of over 300 physicians, is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join its Heart & Vascular team of 14 fellowship-trained cardiologists and 8 advanced practice providers.  Hattiesburg Clinic Heart & Vascular, the largest and most comprehensive cardiovascular group in South Mississippi, provides services in its main clinic, numerous outreach locations and a new ASC-OBL.  In addition, Heart & Vascular is the exclusive provider for Forrest General Hospital, a regionally-recognized 547-bed, level 2 trauma center serving a 19 – county area.

Hattiesburg Clinic Heart & Vascular also has a full complement of outpatient cardiac diagnostic modalities, including stress tests, nuclear SPECT and PET cameras, echocardiography, mobile telemetry, vascular labs, and CT angiography.

Heart & Vascular providers, along with Forrest General Hospital, provide a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services including interventional, non-invasive, advanced heart failure, structural heart, pacemaker and ICD implantation and management and electrophysiology.  

The Interventional Cardiologist will have the opportunity to provide a full range of interventional services including non-invasive/invasive coronary intervention, structural intervention (MitraClip/TAVR/Watchman), peripheral, elective cardioversions and TEE.

Hattiesburg, MS, is a great family town located within hours of New Orleans, and the Alabama and Florida coastal areas.   The community is home to two universities, a DO medical school and several residency programs.
