AHMG Family Medicine at Leesburg

AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Leesburg, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Primary Care physician to join brand new state of the art practice in beautiful Lake County. This facility is to be completed by the end of 2022 and will house 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Leesburg is a progressive city located in Central Florida and is also the central hub for commerce in Lake County. It is home to Venetian Gardens, and the city hosts year round events and festivals.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligibility within 3 years of completing a US based residency program)
• Comfortable with adult to geriatric patient age range, some pediatrics
• Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: joint injections, minor dermatologic procedures, basic gynecologic care
• Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP, PA-C)
• Ability to meet extended hours, flexible scheduling to meet PCMH requirement
