- New grad or experienced physician

- Joining 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practitioner

- Primary age group - 18 and older

- Project Volume of patients per day - Once established 18-24 - varies with providers

- Work week - Mon - Fri (5x8's)

- Procedures - Annual Wellness, Minor procedures, Management of Chronic illness, Acute care, Women s health, Skin biopsies, toenail removal, wart removal

- On-Call 1 to 2 times a month, includes (weekend and Holiday rotation)
