Occupational Health MD/DO Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Renton, WA

We are currently hiring for a full-time Occupational Medicine Physician (FTE 1.0) with a desire to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial, work environment. We currently have a team of four physicians. Team-based model approach to patient-centered care and we serve as a Center of Occupational Health Education (COHE) for the state of Washington. 

Willing to entertain non-traditional schedules covering regular clinic hours with 80 hours average per pay period.

Qualifications:
BC in Occupational Medicine; 
Minimum of 2 years of directly applicable experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability in organizational planning, leadership, and teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration 
  • Ability to lead and manage change
  • Experience performing stress EKG’s preferred

Ability to obtain:

  • Medical Professional license in the State of WA.
  • FMCSA (DOT) certified medical examiner within the first six months of employment.
  • Medical Review Officer certification within the first six months of employment.
  • DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
  • meet Valley Medical Center OHS standards within the first 18 months of employment.
