Per collaborative agreement and/or state requirements

Education Required: Master s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (Physician Assistant accepted)

Certifications Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License; BLS

Mon - Fri 8a 5p For now, assistance is mostly needed in office.
