We are recruiting for a full time Director of Outpatient PsychiatryOversee outpatient psychiatry divisionManage provider schedulingMaintain direct outpatient clinic panelsDirect supervision of outpatient attending physician and allied health provider staffSupervise and teach residents and medical studentsProvide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team as neededLead and manage performance improvement and quality management projects for the division
Qualifications:Board Certified in PsychiatryActive, unrestricted NYS LicenseActive DEA WaiverActive X-Waiver requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team setting.Familiarity with high-risk patients and cultural sensitivity in community settingsProof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to hire, plus proof of subsequent booster vaccines within one month of eligibility
