Pediatric Hospitalist

Pediatrix is seeking a pediatric hospitalist to join our well-established practice located in Columbus, Ohio to cover the nurseries at the Riverside Methodist and Mount Carmel sites.

• The responsibilities of the three physicians covering these units include admissions, daily rounding, circumcisions and some delivery attendance.
• The average daily census is 25 patients at Riverside and18 at Mount Carmel
• There is always a neonatologist in house at Riverside and a neonatologist on call from home for Mount Carmel.
• There is no night shift in-house call. Call is taken from home.
• Hours are flexible and vary with the census.
• We are close to Nationwide Children's Hospital and Cincinnati, allowing easy fulfillment of continuing medical education credits.
