Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a full-time Hematologist to join the Hematology & Oncology Department in Temple, Texas.

Position Highlights:

• Anticipated work schedule: Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; schedule flexible while on primary inpatient service – rotate with team – averaging 3 times per year
• Temple is BSWH largest academic flagship campus with opportunities to train residents and fellows
• Patient volume: 10-14 patients per day
• This is an employed position with a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, a comprehensive benefits package, and no state income tax.
• Temple is geographically located 1 hour north of Austin and 2 hours south of Dallas with a 13% below national average cost of living

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
• Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
