GREAT opportunity for an energetic, well-trained OMFS.

Would you like to practice what you learned after those many years of Residency?  Would you like to continue to learn something new every day?  Would you like to learn how to treatment plan a large variety of cases in a busy practice?  Would you like to present a surgical treatment plan and for patients to say, “Yes!”

If this excites you, we would love to hear from you.  We treat a large variety of patients from Wisdom Teeth to Dental Implants to Orthognathic Surgery to Cosmetic Facial Surgery.

Great Location to launch a career and start a family.  The area offers a great quality of life personally and professionally.  There is simply a lot to do here---D.C. is to your east and the mountains are to your west.

A fine opportunity awaits a board eligible or board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.  We are a busy 16-year old practice looking to grow with the growth around us.  Located 35 miles from Washington, D.C. in Loudoun County, VA, one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S.  Our doctor has experience in a progressive group private practice as well as starting a new practice from scratch so he can advise you on the pluses and minuses of both.  Our doctor is passionate about oral & maxillofacial surgery and has fun doing it.

This practice is “state of the art” featuring all the latest equipment including electronic medical records, digital panorex, digital PA’s, conebeam scanning, Anatomage guided surgical planning software, multiple dental implant systems, NOMAD xrays, Anesthesia Machine, Piezosurgery, Ellman Radiofrequency surgery, NeoGraft Hair Transplantation, multiple lasers including fractional CO2 and Diodes, etc.

You will be given full support to grow your practice.  Salary with bonus incentives will be commensurate with experience.  The surgeon will enjoy the benefits of a 401K plan, Vacation time, Medical Insurance, CE opportunities, board certification support, etc.  The surgical candidate should exemplify surgical confidence with fine interpersonal skills and ethical standards.

We are running a full scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice.  As mentioned, multiple procedures are offered in addition to dental implants and wisdom teeth removal.

You will be given the opportunity and the autonomy to expand your practice as you see fit.  We have full Oral & Maxillofacial and Cosmetic Facial Surgery operating privileges at our local hospital.  The call schedule is very light as this is a Level 3 Trauma Facility.

We are looking for a partner to expand the practice and reap the benefits of this expansion into the future. We look forward to hearing from you!
