Academic MICU Physicians

The University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, is searching for full-time Assistant Professors. Appointees will provide patient care in the pulmonary outpatient clinic at our Hyde Park campus and also provide inpatient clinical coverage for the MICU and procedure services. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students and scholarly activity.  Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical degree or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine.
