General Dermatology

Green Clinics is establishing a new dermatology practice in Milford Delaware. It will be the sole Dermatology practice in town and in affiliation with Bayhealth (who has two hospitals one in town and the other is in Dover 20 mins away). The affiliation is only for referrals into the practice. The area is way underserved. The office and infrastructure and staff are already on board. You will be working with two PAs.

We are seeking a General Dermatologist to add to two Physician Assistants, and a Cosmetic RN. Green Clinics Dermatology will offer medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services as well as Mohs surgery and NBUVB phototherapy. 

The office will be 30 mins away from Lewes/Rehoboth beach. Consistently ranked among the best beaches along the east coast, the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach area is known for its cuisine, fantastic school system, hiking, nature trails, biking, kayaking, boating, and golf. Milford is only a 2.0 hour car ride away from city life in Philadelphia, DC, or Baltimore. The tax structure in Delaware is among the most generous in America. Our property taxes are also among the lowest in the nation. 

We are offering a 35K sign on bonus, 10K relocation bonus, and first year starting salary of 400K guaranteed, with 50% of net collections and three year partnership track thereafter. 5 day work week and no call. The opportunity exists to learn and practice Mohs surgery if the candidate desires. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified. New graduates are welcome.
