Opportunity Responsibilities and Requirements

• 100% outpatient role in a brand new facility
• Opportunity to join an FQHC and collaborate with physician leaders
• Academic affiliation—ability to grow already established relationships with area residency programs
• Comprehensive benefits, including malpractice coverage
• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance provided
• Ability to moonlight as a hospitalist, if desired
• Integrated service line that includes mental health services
• Utilize an Epic EMR system
