HonorHealth is a six-hospital, non-profit healthcare system in the Scottsdale/Phoenix Metro area and the system in town known for being physician centric.  The main Employee Health office is located in desirable North Scottsdale with local employee health centers at each HonorHealth campus.  The Medical Director Occupational Health will have oversight of the Occupational Health Centers staffed with Nurses and Medical Assistants. As a locally owned, locally managed system, engaging with Senior Leadership to direct necessary policy changes is a simple task at HonorHealth. 

HonorHealth has over 12,000 employees, 4,000 medical staff members and 3,000 wonderful volunteers.  The ideal Medical Director Candidate will have experience with a hospital system and be a Certified Medical Review Officer or be willing to attend the course to become certified and be well versed in Workman’s Compensation.  The Medical Director will be a vital member of strategic networkwide committees on Safety, Infection Prevention, Drug Diversion, COVID Governance, Employee Health, and Workman’s Compensation.
